Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting - Kamloops Family History Society - for year ending December 31, 2024
On behalf of the 2024-2025 Management Team, we would like to thank our members
for their support and help. We have all shared moments of celebrations and sadness in
this last year.
In view of the features of our new KFHS website, the process for our Annual General
Meeting Notification will be sent to all members as a Newsletter. This notification,
according to Bylaws, is to be sent to members twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM
Meeting.
When you receive this Annual General Meeting Notification, please respond to this email address info@kfhs.org with I GOT IT and please RSVP if you are planning to attend the meeting to satisfy the quorum.
Please join us for the Irish Dinner at 6:00 p.m.
Enjoy an Irish dinner of Beef Stew, Assorted Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes followed by Pear Crisp!
All for $15 per person. If you are going to join us, please e-transfer your $15 to Jan at treasurer@kfhs.org by March 15, 2025. Please include your Name

As a result of unforeseen circumstances the 2024 Financial Reports will not be
reviewed. Please note: It is not a requirement of our Bylaws, but, we, as the
Management Team, believe best business practices should be followed.
The position of reviewer of the Financial Reports is pending.
Election/Appointment of the 2025-2026 Management Team
At the AGM on March 28, 2024, the membership accepted a motion to continue the
Management Committee Team. In accordance with our KFHS Bylaws Articles 2 & 3, the
BC Registries and Online Services, and Canada Revenue Agency, the list of members
below are willing to serve for another term.
Call for any other nominations from the floor.
